In-careers.com is offering various packages for Recruiters/Employers, as to satisfy the needs of different Companies. You will find the on line recruitment database affordable and easy to use.

1. Advertising-publishing the Seasonal, Internship or Permanent positions available in your Company on our Job board.

Your first Ad is FREE and it will be published on our Job Board for 15 days!

Ask for the Job offer form or send us the details about the position opened and we will place your advert on our Job Board within 24 hours. What happens next? You will start getting applications directly in your inbox from candidates interested in the positions you have advertised. Then you can log in to your account and view their on line Resumes-CV’s and photos. If you decide to offer a job to any of the candidates just let us know by phone or e-mail stating the Name/Surname of the candidate. You can create a profile of your Company and upload your Company logo.

If you are not satisfied with the candidates who are applying directly to your advert, we can offer another solution!

2. Subscription Plans-ability to use our on line CV’s database, view full contact details from every candidate and contact them directly via e-mail or phone There are 3 Subscription Plans you can sign up for:

Basic Plan – enables you to browse the Resume database, view all the CV’s, photos and contact details from all the Candidates in the database, advertise Standard job posts for a period of 1 month

Standard Plan- includes the same features as the Basic plan but the period you can use these features is for 3 months

Premium Plan – the same as the other two plans, but enables you to post Premium jobs and use the service for 6 months time.

3. Recruitment services- Complete service provided to Recruiters/Employers who would like us to use complete services including:

Resume check and validation of the information the Candidate has given in his application

Interview reports - on candidate’s personality, qualifications, and language skills.

Presentation of your job offer in details and discussion with the Candidate.

Preparation and sending of job contract between the Candidate and the Recruiter/Employer

Travel arrangements for the Candidate to arrive safely and on time

Replacement of the Candidate if the placement transpires to be unsuitable

Our Human resources department aim is to provide quality services which include:

Advising, Training of individuals for improving their skills and getting more opportunities on the job markets.

On site Training and Certificates for Hotel staff on: - Food Hygiene, Customer Service, Front of House administration, Kitchen Hygiene etc.

The prices for the Complete recruitment services can vary, depending on the number of Candidates required, qualifications and skills required etc. and will be negotiated between the Company and the Agency.

Please note that as we are a company based in UK, we do not charge VAT on any payments for Employers located outside UK!
