5* Hotel located in the Messinia region of the Peloponnese offering 766 rooms, a Championship Golf Course, a conference center for 2000 people, and a destination Thalassotherapy-Spa will open mid 2010. The resort will feature a selection of specialty dining and retail experiences, supported by significant value added facilities within and beyond the resort to create unique experiences for the local and global traveler in the group and leisure markets.

We are looking for a Pastry Sous Chef who will effectively produce pastry items, including dessert displays, show-pieces, chocolates, petit-fours and specified bread items to a high quality standard of ingredients and appearance.English language is an advantage.
