We are looking for a Commis Chef to assist with kitchen operations; preparation and service of hot and cold dishes and/or pastry preparation.Warm, friendly, outgoing individuals to be part of our dynamic team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary
• Demonstrate initiative at all times
• Continue to improve on skills and knowledge
• Quick thinking and can handle pressure

CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE STANDARDS

• Maintain local and hotel's standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation at a high level at all times.
  

Candidates must also possess the following qualifications
