The Hotel is a well-organized family owned business, established in 2003, offering a wide variety of services & facilities at a premium standard.

The municipality of Chersonissos is a real diamond, situated on the coasts of the Cretan Sea, with plenty to offer. Traditional settlements, archaeological and historical places, monasteries, churches and of course the simple beauty of the Natural resources, the blue sea and the golden beaches.

The Hotel consists of 10 buildings (Houses), spread over a 12.000 sq. meter area.

In total the unit consists of 2 suites, 32 studios and 56 apartments, from which 10 are designed in traditional Cretan architecture (with loft room).

The Hotel has an excellent restaurant Oliva Restaurant, serving traditional Greek and international dishes as well as the Cohilia Bar & Grill, poolside open-air bar. There is 300 square meter swimming pool where the guests can enjoy their day.

Basic English speaking.

>2 animators ( 15th of May-15th of Oct)

They must speak English and Dutch, with previous experience as Animators..

Bars & Restaurants

>1 Barman-Waiter

(1st of June-30th of Sept)

>1 help Waiter ( 1st of July- 30th of Sept )

Good English + another European language, some experience in A la Carte restaurant and Cocktail experience for the Barman

Kitchen

>1 kitchen assistant

(1st of Apr-30th of Oct)

>1 kitchen assistant ( 1st of May-30th of Oct)

Must speak basic English

Duties will be mostly helping out with the cleaning, food preparation

WORKING HOURS

> 8 hours per day

> 6 working days

> 1 day off per week

Note: as a hotel is not a 9-5 institution, sometimes during High season the students have to be flexible with the working hours and help out the rest of the Team.

> 3 meals per day in the staff restaurant

>one room to share with one or two other students

>the room has Bathroom & Shower, Closet

TRAVEL EXPENSES

>The hotel is covering the travel cost-Return ticket in amount of max 250 EURO.
